My leadership inquiry starts at birth.
Research from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, pre and perinatal psychology, trauma, have started to shed light on the impact of birth on our character and habit formation.

To heal my limiting habitual beliefs. This is when I meet Elmer a passionate filmmaker about birth and the fields that are connected to this.
I’m so pleased that we are co-producing an all-day virtual summit with the world leaders in this field, including the researchers who are influencing this in the NHS.
