Are you confusing sleep with rest?
This weekend I experienced the most amount of joy and happiness since I started living in the Netherlands. The joy came from seeing my local community happy and connected on the frozen lake on a beautiful winters day. It gave me a huge amount of energy and rest.
Being able to recharge yourself as an executive, leader or coach is an important part of being able to respond and adapt to the complexity we face.
